About My Family.
My Native Place is Nedumpal. A beutiful village situated in Parappookara Panchayat. You may be
wondering where these places are. Well, Its 7 Kms away from Irinjalakuda towards Pudukad. Its in
Thrissur district of Kerala state. My village is sorrounded by paddy fields. During rainy
seasons, these paddy fields are filled with water and our village resembles an Island.
I have 2 elder sisters, both married.
The first sister, Sophy, is married to Dileepkumar. They are staying in Kandasamkadvu,near
Vadanapilly in Thrissur district. They are having 2 children namely Varun & Varsha.
My second sister, Soshy, is married to Sasi. Their house is at Vadama near Mala in Thrissur
district and they are having a boy child Aashik.
My Father is a retired state government employee. His name is Kittu. But no one in my village
know him as Kittu, for them he is Balan. My mother, Sobha, is a house wife.
We have around 20 relative families in Nedumpal. All are having the same family name "Karikkott".
I really Miss my family.
